Your children are on the internet; your grandchildren are on the internet, and all the TV promotions say "Look us up online" but you just don't know how to.

You want to surf the internet, you want email but you are not sure what you need, how to do it and all you get from the nice young assistant is gobbledy-gook and technical jargon. Maybe you have your PC but are unsure how to do something and are afraid you might press the wrong button and it will all go wrong.

Well I can help. I am coming up to pensionable age and I have been using PCs for quite a few years and I am willing to show you how to get 'online'. Don't worry about asking daft questions, they are not daft if you don't know the answer and I am only an expert because I know more than you. Honestly it won't take long before you too are an expert, it really is easy.
